In case you missed it at the end of Nintendo’s E3 press briefing, Shigeru Miyamoto confirmed that he and his team at Nintendo are working on a brand new Star Fox game! It’s been a long time coming, and Nintendo even joked about the series’ dormancy (we haven’t seen a Star Fox game for six years) during their clay animation segments of their digital press briefing.
Unfortunately we have no idea what to expect as not even a trailer or teaser was given, but with Miyamoto’s hand in the pot it’s sure to be something to look forward to. The title won’t be here until 2015, though, so it’ll be a while yet before Nintendo and Miyamoto are ready to share what they’ve been working on all this time. Are you excited?
