Nintendo has revealed how much free space you need on your Switch if you purchase Splatoon 2 digitally: the game needs 3.1 GB. Which is smaller than the previously listed disk space requirement of 5.5 GB.
Splatoon 2 launches on July 21 on the Switch. On Thursday (July 6) Nintendo will host a Splatoon 2 Nintendo Direct, revealing the final details and features of the game.

The game will feature the classic Splatoon multiplayer, a singleplayer campaign, and a new co-op mode called Salmon Run.
