Ubisoft has done in Japan what they wouldn’t do for the rest of the world, in that Rayman Legends will be an exclusive title to the Wii U there. You’ll see the absolutely gorgeous box art for the Japanese release above, which is much better than the box art that North America is getting, in my opinion. The reason for exclusivity in Japan is that Nintendo is publishing the title in that region.
While the game is already out in Europe and North American gamers will be able to get their hands on it September 3rd, Japan has to wait until October 17th for the title. Which box art do you prefer? The American box art is included below for comparison.
