It was inevitable with the powerful creation tool that is Super Mario Maker that someone would begin creating other games within games. The Legend of Zelda series has the honor of being preserved in Super Mario Maker, thanks to the efforts of LoneGoomba.
The first dungeon in the NES Zelda game has been re-created, down to the power-ups and enemy placement. To stand in for the boss at the end, you’ll have an epic showdown with Bowser at the end. If you want to check out the level yourself, here’s the Course ID:
