One of the first third party games announced for the Switch was the multiplayer action game PayDay 2, and we now finally have a release date.
PayDay 2 will be released on the Nintendo Switch almost a year after it was announced for the console: it will hit the stores on February 23rd, 2018 in Europe and February 27th in North America.
The PayDay franchise has been very successful — the two games in the series have sold 16 million units so far across all platforms.
The Switch version will include previously released DLC and will be offered in both digital and physical versions. Here’s what the final box art looks like:
