Resident Evil 7 launches in just a few days, and if you were hoping that Capcom’s latest entry in the horror series would come to the Switch, you’re out of luck: the Japanese publisher has said that there are no plans of bringing Resident Evil 7 to the Switch.
“I think it’s a very unique piece of hardware. I’m looking forward to the possibilities of the system itself, but we have no plans at the moment regarding Resident Evil on Switch.”
Those were the words from Resident Evil 7 producer Masachika Kawata. It’s definitely a game that the Switch could use — not a single horror game has been announced for the console (so far).
Resident Evil 7 launches on January 24th on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
