The community behind Super Mario Maker is what will make or break the game for many people, so Nintendo is doing what it can to make sure plenty of people are aware that Super Mario Maker is releasing in less than two weeks. In a new challenge posted on Nintendo’s YouTube channel, five teams of YouTube content creators will go head to head to see who can create the best level in Super Mario Maker. Who gets to choose the winner? You do!
The above is just a teaser of the levels that have been created. Voting doesn’t start until tomorrow and to vote, you’ll need to like your favorite level’s video on the Nintendo YouTube channel. Here’s all the official stuff:
Official Rules: Vote for your favorite video by “liking” it on Nintendo’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/nintendo between 6PM ET on 9/2/15 and 11:59 PM ET on 9/9/15. Use of script, macro or other automated system to vote or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process is prohibited and all such votes will be void. Video creators may not vote for their own videos and are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to voters. All votes are subject to final verification by Nintendo in its sole discretion.
