Nintendo will not have an E3 press conference

The biggest part of E3 each year are the press conferences. The big, expensive showcases that everyone is looking forward to. And this year, Nintendo won’t have one.

Nintendo president Tatsumi Komishima has confirmed that the company will not have a big E3 press conference like Sony and Microsoft.

Over the past few years, Nintendo has moved away from the big press events and focused on other ways to announce its new games, such as Nintendo Direct.

However, Nintendo will still have a big presence at E3, where the company will reveal new Switch and 3DS games.

E3 2017 takes place on June 13-15 in Los Angeles.
