Nintendo has been partnering with Disney for quite a few things lately, with the first being their partnership to bring the Yo-Kai Watch anime to the United States. The show has been airing on Disney XD since the game launched earlier this year, but that’s not the only thing the offshoot channel will be hosting.
Clash of Karts is a one-off TV special that will pair up skilled gamers against several popular YouTube personalities in games of Mario Kart 8. Multiple rounds will eliminate players for the final round to determine who will be the kart champion. It’s basically eSports for teenagers. If you want to check it out, it’s airing on December 5 at 8pm EST.
