Nintendo recently released their 2015 company guide book that’s handed to new employees in Japan, and judging by the guide book, Nintendo is an awesome place to work at (not big surprise there).
Each year, Nintendo redesigns their company handbook, which serves as an introduction to new employees. It shows what kind of company Nintendo is to work for, and gives us some cool behind the scenes insights.

The guide book shows off Nintendo’s current and past hardware and software products, and also goes into its long history as a game company.
