Pier Solar HD developer Watermelon Games has announced that the game will be launching soon on Wii U. Other platforms including Ouya, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC will see release next Tuesday, while certification is still underway for the Xbox One and Wii U versions of the game. If you’ll remember this was originally a Sega Dreamcast game and the version for that system will be released at a later date.
Fans of old school JRPGs like Final Fantasy IV should feel right at home with Pier Solar HD, which focuses on telling a story with a unique combat system. Though we don’t have a unique release date for the Wii U yet, it’s nice to see that it’s very close to being here. Will you be picking this game up when it’s released?
