PDP has been excellent about supporting fans of Nintendo characters with a variety of controllers to deck out their Wii and Wii U with. We’ve seen controllers dedicated to Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, and even Wario from the company, but the latest commemorates the Metal Mario character featured in Mario Kart with a smooth chrome finish. If Metal Mario is your racer, Amazon UK currently has the controller listed for around £21.
There’s no release date for the rest of Europe or North America just yet, but don’t fret as PDP has always made their controllers available in all regions. Right now it’s only up for pre-order as it will be released in October of this year, so that’s plenty of time to make it available to the rest of the world.
