Liege gets new trailer just in time for PAX East

PAX East is only a few weeks away and to prepare, Coda Games have released a brand new trailer for their upcoming dark fantasy JRPG, Liege. The gameplay looks similar to the old 16-bit JRPG classics of the SNES era, but instead of turn-based combat set on a single screen, the combat is tactical turn-based, meaning you have to worry about the positioning of your troops as well as their attacks and defense. Check out the new trailer above and let us know what you think.

Coda Games will be exhibiting Liege at PAX East in Boston, from March 6 to March 8. If you’re curious about the unique combat aspect of Liege, check out the updated combat demo the team at Coda Games released a few days ago to give a better look at the tactical elements of the game. Still no release date in mind yet, but the game is coming to several platforms including the Wii U.
