It’s official: no plans for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 on Switch

Last week we heard some rumors that Call of Duty Black Ops 4 could potentially be coming to the Nintendo Switch, but that rumor has now been squashed by the game’s developer.

Treyarch, developers of Black Ops 4, denied the Switch rumors — Yale Miller, senior producer at Treyarch and Matt Scronce, gameplay designer, said there were no plans to bring the new multiplayer shooter on the Switch.

Black Ops 4 was officially unveiled yesterday and features a Battle Royale mode instead of a singleplayer campaign.

You can check out the first Black Ops 4 gameplay below. Not that it really matters, since we won’t be seeing it on the Switch.
