Splatoon 2 launches later this Spring, and a new direct-feed gameplay video shows that the game should please fans of the original — it very much looks like Splatoon, through and through.

Nintendo stuck with the successful formula of the first one, and it’s clear that the game is already in a polished state. It seems to run flawlessly and smoothly on the Switch.

Splatoon 2 will feature a more fledged out singleplayer campaign when it launches, in addition to offering the multiplayer that it’s famous for.
