About a week ago Amazon listed a whole bunch of unannounced Switch games and opened up for pre-order. We assumed these were placeholders for announcements waiting to come in January’s Nintendo Direct.
Now GameStop has done the same: a recent internal leak from the retailer shows six new unannounced Switch game SKUs with placeholder names.
Not only that, earlier today GameStop tweeted (which was deleted moments later) that a Nintendo Direct event was about to go live. Of course that hasn’t happened yet but rumors are now pointing towards a Nintendo Direct event tomorrow.
Either way, it seems that an announcement is right around the corner. Maybe several announcements.
