With the next wave of digital toys upon us and now including the hotly anticipated Amiibo figures, GameStop has announced that is will be accepting old Skylanders and Disney Infinity figure trade-ins for a while. These periods usually only last a few weeks because there are literally millions of these things on the loose, but if you’ve got a collection you want to thin out in order to prepare room for Amiibos, you’ve now got an outlet to get rid of them.
GameStop isn’t being forthcoming about the trade-in prices they’re offering per figurine, but if you want a place to dump all your plastic before buying some new figures you’ve got it for a few weeks. And hey, if you ever decide you want to get rid of your Amiibo figures (why would you, you monster), GameStop will give you a few dimes for those, too.
