This is just a heads up for anyone who plans on purchasing Mario Kart 8 in order to take part in the free game promotion that Nintendo has made available since May 30. You need to register your copy of Mario Kart 8 with Club Nintendo by tonight in order to be eligible for one of four free games in the United States, or one of 10 games eligible for the promotion in Europe. Not sure what the promotion is?
Nintendo is offering a free game with the registration of Mario Kart 8 to your Club Nintendo account, either through a digital purchase with a properly linked Club Nintendo account, or through a retailer with an insert code. Once you register the game, you’ll have your selection of games according to your region.
