Fast Racing Neo devs aiming for a December release

Fresh from Gamescom with some off-screen footage of Fast Racing Neo, Shin’en has told an Italian Nintendo site that they’re aiming to have the game ready for release by December of this year. We also learned that the game will have Pro Controller support, as well as local split screen multiplayer and online racing.

The devs are aiming to price the game somewhere between €10 and €20 euros. Perhaps best of all is confirmation that the game will have a demo that will be available in the eShop, so if you’re not sure if you want to play this Wipeout and F-Zero inspired game, you’ll be able to try it before you buy it.

Shin’en has been working on Fast Racing Neo for several years now, so it will be nice to finally have a speedy racer on Wii U that’s not just 200cc mode from Mario Kart 8.

Will you be picking up Fast Racing Neo when it’s released later this year?
