Nintendo has been embracing a lot of new things lately and one of the those is a tracking website for FPS stats. SplatNet has been available in Japan for some time now, but Nintendo has finally gotten around to releasing the English version of the site for the West.
SplatNet will allow you to see which stages are scheduled for the rest of the day, so you never miss playing on your favorite map again. Aside from that, the site also keeps track of which pieces of gear you have equipped, along with all of their perks. You can even compare your ranked status with your friends, so you can see who’s the better player among you.

The site uses your Nintendo Network ID as credentials and could be one of the first efforts of Nintendo to begin providing services alongside their games. Will you be using the site?
