Check out this gameplay footage of Pokken Tournament

About a week ago we mentioned that Pokken Tournament would have another NicoNico stream to showcase some of the game, including Pokemon that are not fighting type that are included in the game. The stream went live earlier this morning during Japanese business hours and confirmed at least three new Pokemon for the series, including Suicune, Gardevoir, and Pikachu.

Also included in the stream was information on support Pokemon, which are pokemon that can be called upon to help out the main character. According to information gleaned from the stream, arcade tests will be run next week in Japan at select locations in Japan. The game will cost 100 yen to play, which is about $.85 in USD. There’s still no information about a console release for the game, but I wouldn’t expect to see that until the game is successful in arcades across Japan.
