Capcom: Switch works better than expected, wants to port more games

Japanese publisher Capcom recently announced that they were bringing 19 (nineteen!) Mega Man games to the Nintendo Switch, including the brand new Mega Man 11.

Now the company is interested in bringing more ports to the Switch console. That’s according to Capcom CEO Kenzo Tsujimoto, who told Nikkei that the Switch home + portable hybrid concept works better than expected.

He added that they would like to port more Capcom games to the Switch, and on top of that, he said that they wanted to bring games to the Switch that were not released on previous Nintendo consoles.

Capcom has several world-famous games franchises, including Resident Evil, Street Fighter, and of course, Mega Man. Capcom also released Monster Hunter XX on the Switch, but so far only in Japan.
