Konami has, surprisingly, put a lot of support into their premiere Nintendo Switch game, Super Bomberman R. Yesterday, Bomberman owners were treated to an update that bumped the game’s frame rate from 30 fps to 60 fps, and introduced four new, battle-mode stages. In an overview of the update with Famitsu, Konami gave us a peek at the game’s future.
Further down the line, Super Bomberman R will receive three new, DLC characters from Gradius, Castlevania, and Silent Hill. The “Bombers” are dubbed Vic VIper Bomber, Belmont Bomber, and Pyramid Head Bomber, respectively. No word on when the DLC will be available.
