Maybe I’m in the minority here, but if a piece of tech is particularly attractive, I’ll call it such. Take Bionik’s Power Plate, for example.
The recently-announced device will let you charge your Switch’s Joy-Cons with a 4,500mAh battery. The Power Plate can also charge up your Nintendo Switch with its USB-C out port. That aside, the most impressive feature of the device is that nifty LCD sandwiched between the two Joy-Cons.
So, why’s the LCD there? Well, it’s a charging indicator. I guess it lets you know when the Joy-Cons are charging. The Power Plate itself recharges via the included dock.
