Bayonetta 2 mini-site opens showing new content

Yesterday during Nintendo’s Digital E3 Event, we learned that the original Bayonetta game will be bundled in the Bayonetta 2 retail package. We also learned that Bayonetta will be able to dress up as iconic Nintendo characters, but now that the Bayonetta 2 mini-site is open, we’ve learned a few more things about this new Wii U game.

The game will be ported to Wii U at a full 60fps. The Wii U GamePad controller’s touchscreen and stylus will be able to be used in both Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 in order to control the action on screen. As well as supporting controls through the GamePad, the GamePad can also be used in Off-TV mode.

Perhaps the biggest news is that the game will feature the Japanese language option, as well as English and Japanese audio tracks for those who prefer to hear the game in its original language instead of the dubbed English version. If you want to see more information about Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 for Wii U, be sure and check out the mini-site here.

Bayonetta 2 is releasing in October.
