Badland: Game of the Year Edition coming to Wii U

Indie developer Frogmind has announced that it is bringing its game Badland: Game of the Year Edition to the Wii U. The game is a side-scrolling action-adventure game and will be expanded to utilize the Wii U’s control scheme with analog sticks and triggers. The developers say there are over 15 hours of gameplay with 100 levels of single-player story, as well as an additional 100 co-op levels.

Also included in the release are 27 multiplayer death-match style stages to be played in up to four person local multiplayer. No exact release date was given in the announcement, but Frogmind expects the game to be ready this Spring. What do you think of the trailer?
