It’s been two years since the Armikrog Kickstarter ended, but we finally have a release date for the game. The game is the spiritual successor to the game The Neverhood, an adventure style game featuring some unusual characters. Armikrog’s story follows that of Tommynaut, a space explorer with a loyal companion named Beak-Beak who must explore the Armikrog fortress after crash-landing on a strange planet. The game is headed to PC, PS4, and Wii U, with the Wii U version releasing on August 18. The stop-motion aesthetic is something we don’t often see in games anymore, so fans of that style might be eager to check this one out.
