Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 7 will be coming to the Nintendo Switch.
But it’s not your regular Resident Evil 7. This one is called “Cloud Version”, and it’s exactly what the title suggests: the game is based in the cloud and you’ll need a solid Internet connection to run it.
Resident Evil 7 Cloud Version will include previously released DLC, and will be free for the first 15 minutes of gameplay.
Afterwards, players will have to pay 2,000 Yen, or about $18, to play the game for 180 days. The game will be released in Japan in May 24th, a Western release date is still unknown.
