Arc-Gen Games have revealed a teaser clip for their upcoming Wii U game, Super Doomed n’ Damned. If that naming convention sounds familiar, it’s probably because it follows Capcom’s naming convention for its Ghouls n’ Goblins series. According to Arc-Gen Games, Super Doomed n’ Damned is a throwback to these games that originally started in arcade cabinets and were eventually ported to consoles during the 16-bit era.
While the gameplay itself is a throwback to those classic hard-as-nails platform games, the visuals of the game are modern and you’ll explore multiple locations, including abandoned towns, haunted castles, and of course dank dungeons. There will be plenty of secrets to find and epic bosses to fight.
