IndieCade East will be underway this weekend, from February 13-15 in New York. It’s a festival that celebrates independent game developers and their livelihood, including workshops and hands-on time with games that will be released soon. Several indies that are releasing games on Nintendo’s various platforms will be showcasing their games this weekend as well. Here’s a short list of the games:

Nintendo 3DS Games

  • IronFall: Invasion
  • Moon Chronicles
  • Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse
  • Gunman Clive 2

Nintendo Wii U Games

  • Affordable Space Adventures
  • Swords & Soldiers II
  • Elliot Quest
  • Blek

In addition to these games being showcased by their developers, Nintendo of America’s senior manager of licensing, Damon Baker, will be on hand at the event to give a seminar titled “Self-Publishing with Nintendo.” The seminar is designed to help interested indie developers learn how they can work with Nintendo to see their game released on both the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii U.
