Waluigi has some of the most dedicated fans. Despite him not being part of any of the announced amiibo waves so far, one enterprising fan decided to create their own Waluigi amiibo by modifying a Luigi amiibo. As you can see, even the packaging is done. We’re not sure how they managed to take the planking Luigi amiibo and turn it into this, but it does look nice. Especially for fans who have been scrambling to see him in the game as a main character, instead of relegated to assist trophy status.
The custom figure was up on eBay for $199 but it’s already sold. You can check out the listing for more pictures of the figure and you can see where the bubble wrap still holds the old Luigi amiibo shape.
