Fans of classic RPG games will be happy to know that Watermelon Games have announced a release date for Pier Solar HD on Wii U. The game is an HD remake of an old Sega Genesis/Mega Drive game that was Kickstarted in order to be updated and brought to new platforms, including the Wii U. The developers have spent much time on the Wii U version perfecting it so that the GamePad feels like a natural part of gameplay.
The image above is one of the first ever posted to give players an idea of what it will be like to use the GamePad within the game.
