A brand new platformer with a twist is under development from the folks at Rock Pocket Games. Dubbed Oliver & Spike, the game features co-op elements and a unique twist: dimension jumping to solve the various devious puzzles throughout the game. Check out the video below to see just what I mean.
Pretty neat, huh? The developers are targetting Wii U, PS3 and Xbox 360 as their release platforms, but since the game is being developed using the Unity engine, it’s possible we could see this on Android devices like the Ouya. There’s no word from the developers on what they’ll do to make the game stand out on the Wii U, but we’ve reached out to them and will let you know once we hear more. In the mean time, enjoy these videos that show a bit more information on the dimension switching aspect.
