Nintendo has been doing a stellar job with their advertising, even during the Wii U era. Despite that unfortunate name, they took to showing live-action shots of families and friends playing their games and that’s precisely the approach they’ve taken with Splatoon 2 on the Switch, too.
I feel like both of these commercials encompass the game very well and does a good job of showing non-gamers why it would be fun to play. This first one comes from Nintendo UK.
