Nintendo did a lot of little mini pop-up locations to advertise the Wii U during its lifetime, so it’s no surprise that the company is doing the same for the Nintendo Switch. A new press release sent out has confirmed that Nintendo plans to start a pop-up tour across the United States starting February 23rd.
The first location is Blue Cloud Movie Ranch, where invited guests will be able to experience several different Nintendo Switch games. Did we mention that John Cena is gonna be there? Because John Cena is gonna be there. Cena will showcase the functionality of 1-2-Switch and guests are invited to play with both John Cena and several YouTube influencers.
The second event location is in Aspen, Colorado on February 27th at the Snowmass ski resort. Finally, Nintendo will end its pop-up tour in New York City at the Madison Square Park on launch day, March 3.
