Anonymous sources have told CNET Australia<\/a> that Google’s popular HDMI dongle. Unlike other times, we have a bit of details about where these sources come from. According to CNET Australia, this information comes from a TV station and a third-party developer. <\/p>\n

Both sources point towards a May 7 release date, which is just over a month from now. Like any other leaks and rumors, we would advice that you take this information with a grain of salt. Even if Google was planning to launch the Chromecast in Australia, dates and other details could still change. <\/p>\n
