Nintendo has announced that it will release a Splatoon 2 multiplayer demo on the Switch on July 15th. Revealed during the Splatoon 2 Nintendo Direct today, the demo will give new players a chance to play the game through one of its popular Splatfests. <\/p>\n

As the series is popular for using various themes during Splatfests, this time it will be “Cake vs Ice cream”.<\/p>\n

The demo will also introduce the new hosts of Splatfest: Pearl and Marina.<\/p>\n

Splatoon 2 launches on July 21, exclusively on the Nintendo Switch. The demo can be downloaded later today on the eShop, but will go live on July 15th.<\/p>\n
