<\/a><\/p>\nThe app launcher on Chrome OS makes the operating system seem more like a regular computer. In reality, though, they are nothing but shortcuts to websites and web apps. With this in mind, would it make sense to bring an app launcher to Chrome? It seems that is what Google is testing, and with a few tricks you can too! <\/p>\n
The experimental feature would get rid of the black bar on top of Google.com and replace it with a much cleaner app launcher in the top-right corner. Clicking on the app launcher would then give you shortcuts to Google+, Search, Maps, Google Play, YouTube, Gmail and more. <\/p>\n

We tested it and it looks good. In fact, it makes Google look so much cleaner than now.
