<\/a><\/p>\n About a week and a half ago, Comcept, a game development studio led by Mega Man creator, Keiji Inafune, began a Kickstarter campaign<\/a> for a game called Mighty No. 9. With this new title, Comcept is hoping to recreate that old-school, 2D side-scrolling action gameplay that gamers fell in love with during the early years of Mega Man, while adding a modern twist. <\/p>\n As it stands, the Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter has blown past it’s $900,000 goal for PC, and is sitting just shy of $1.9 million with 23 days to go. If it meets a $2.2 million stretch goal, the game will be brought to the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U consoles.
